Meet Our Team

Phil

Phil, President of Adkins & Sons, has 15 years of industry experience and has been involved with the company since 2010. As president, Phil oversees financial planning, develops office culture and new processes, and serves as a chief motivator.

Kyle Sr.

Kyle Sr. is the founder of Adkins & Sons and has 43 years of industry experience. He has worked in sales and customer relations.

Kyle Jr.

Kyle Jr., VP of Sales, studied at Lawrence Tech University in Detroit, has 30 years of industry experience, and has been involved with Adkins & Sons for 20 years.

Jon

Jon, Director of Finance, studied economics at the University of Michigan, has 5 years of industry experience, and has been part of our team since 2019.

Paul

Paul is a window and door expert who focuses on building relationships with customers. He has 20 years of industry experience and joined our team in 2020.

Pat

Pat, our General Manager, coordinates operations, has 36 years of industry experience, and has been with our team for over 30 years.

Greg

Greg is a painter with 40 years of industry experience. He has been with us since 2020 and paints, preps, and mixes custom stains for our products.

Zach

Zach, our shop manager, ensures our install team has everything they need to be successful each day.

Derek

Derek, an installer, and team leader has 8 years of industry experience and loves playing his guitar.

David

David has over 25 years of carpentry experience and loves playing golf.

Ashley

Ashley, our office manager, has been on our team since 2018. She is the glue that holds us all together!
