The 15-Year
Labor Warranty
Every job is covered twice: the manufacturer stands behind the product and we stand behind the work of putting it in. You never have to figure out which is which. If something is not right, you call us, and it becomes our problem instead of yours.
The frame, plumb and square
The unit was set true on installation day, and it is our job that it stays that way. A window that starts to bind because the frame has moved is a workmanship call, and it is ours.
The sealing
The weather barrier between the unit and your wall. If a draft or a drip ever shows up at the edge of our work, that is not a mystery for you to solve. One call.
The finished trim
The interior and exterior finish work that closes the job. If it opens, gaps, or lets go, we come back and make it right at no cost to you.
The operation
At the walkthrough, every window is opened and closed and every door is swung and latched, with you watching. The warranty is the promise that this keeps being true of our workmanship.

Because every installer is our own employee, the workmanship we warranty is always our own, never a subcontractor's. There is no third party to chase down in year twelve, because there was never a third party on the job.

What exactly does the 15-year labor warranty cover?
Our workmanship: the frame set plumb and square, the sealing, and the finished trim. It sits on top of the manufacturer's own warranty on the product, so the unit and the installation are each covered by the party responsible for it.
Do I have to register it or mail anything in?
No. We register the warranty with you at the final walkthrough, before the crew leaves. There is nothing to remember and nothing to lose in a drawer.
What if the product itself fails rather than the installation?
Then the manufacturer's product warranty applies, and you still make one call, to us. We installed it as a Pella Platinum Elite Certified Contractor, and sorting out which coverage applies is our job, not yours.
Does a warranty visit cost anything?
No. If our workmanship needs attention inside 15 years, we make it right at no cost to you.
