Local Knowledge
Wyandotte was not built all at once. Its houses went up across more than a century, to different sizes, and that changes what replacing a window here actually involves.
Roughly a third of Wyandotte's houses were up before 1940, and the median house in the city dates to the early 1950s. Openings that old are rarely square and almost never a catalog size, so nothing here is a stock order. The window is built for the hole in your wall.
