Windows, doors, and siding from one family company in Southgate. The same employee crews do all three, and the same 15-year labor warranty backs whichever one you start with.

Replacement Windows

Wood, vinyl and fiberglass replacement windows from Pella and ProVia, installed by a Pella Platinum Elite Certified Contractor. Vinyl is where most Michigan homes land, wood takes a stain or paint so the inside matches your trim, and fiberglass holds its shape through a hard freeze.

Every opening is measured twice and every window is built to the exact size of that opening. Nothing is trimmed to fit on installation day, and the colour, glass package, grilles, screens, hardware and blinds are all locked before the order goes in, because none of them can be changed afterward.

We work opening by opening, so your house is never standing open, and we clean up and haul the old units away before we go. Larger or custom units such as a bay window can add time, and you get that schedule at the estimate rather than on the day.

Entry, Patio and Storm Doors

Entry doors in fiberglass and steel from ProVia, patio doors from ProVia and Pella in both sliding and hinged, and painted aluminum storm doors. The fiberglass lines carry the look of stained wood without the refinishing, and the Legacy steel line is the security answer, with a 20-gauge skin and a composite lock block behind the deadbolt.

Every unit is built to your rough opening rather than trimmed to fit on the day, because a new slab hung in an old, out-of-square frame will never seal properly. Our own employees pull the old door, check what is behind it, set the frame plumb and square, seal it and finish the trim, and the house is closed up before we leave.

For most Michigan entries a storm door earns its place: it takes the wind, rain and road salt so your entry door does not, and a full-view model swaps its glass for a screen in spring. Patio doors can be ordered with the blinds sealed between the panes, which is one less thing to clean.

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding sourced from CertainTeed, a heavy-gauge upgrade that adds real insulation and resists rot and termite damage. It is the one exterior product that changes how the whole house reads from the street, and it is available in a wide range of fade-resistant colour blends.

Michigan weather is the test. The finish will not rot over time and stands up to heavy winds and hail, and because our own crews hang every course rather than a subcontracted one, the 15-year labor warranty on the installation comes from the same company that sold you the job.

Siding is rarely just siding. We coordinate the soffit, fascia and gutter work alongside it so the full exterior comes together as one project, on one schedule, with the trim matched rather than left for somebody else to finish afterwards.

Do you install windows, doors, and siding, or only windows?

All three, and the same employee crews do all of it. Windows come in wood, vinyl, and fiberglass, doors cover entry, patio, and storm, and the siding is CertainTeed vinyl. One company measures it, installs it, and warranties it.

Do you handle anything besides windows, doors, and siding?

Can I do all three trades as one project?

Yes. Windows, doors, and siding can go into one project, which is often simpler to plan and to pay for than three separate jobs. Financing is available if you want it.

Is the in-home estimate really free?

Yes. The visit and the inspection cost nothing, and you get the full price in writing before anything is ordered. There is no pressure to sign that day.

Can I see the products before I decide?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The Southgate showroom holds 4,000 sq. ft. of full-size windows, doors, and siding, so you can operate the product and compare colors in person.
